Family and child law experts DM Burke have opened new offices in Ballsbridge, Dublin this week.
“This is an exciting time for me and for the staff, as we extend our physical presence in the Dublin area, where we have already been acting for many years”, says principal, Deirdre Burke. “The difference is that we will now have a base to meet with our new and existing Dublin clients, with the opening of our new office at Alexandra House, The Sweepstakes in Ballsbridge this week.”
“At the new office, we are sharpening our focus to specialise exclusively in the areas of Family & Child Law, with particular emphasis on Children Rights – my own passion.”
Under the heading of Family Law, DM Burke have almost 20 years experience in Separation & Divorce cases, Nullity, Co-habitation Agreements, Pre-Nuptial Agreements, Adoptions and Civil PartnershiP. Our focus is on the individual, and their needs, and we have a deep understanding of the conflict each person goes through in dealing with these cases.”
In terms of Child Law, services cover Child Abduction, Childcare, Child Abuse, the provision of services for Children with Disability / Special Needs, and the issues surrounding access to services and education. “As a parent of a child with a disability I have fought, and continue to fight on a daily basis for his rights, and I want to bring this insight and aid to other parents in similar situations. I want all children to have access to all the support services they need, and I don’t believe in No as an answer. I welcome the opportunity to meet with clients who wish to take action on behalf of their child.”
